Robert J. Hynds practices in the areas of real estate litigation and also provides small business services. He has represented individual investors, private equity funds, private lenders, title companies, family offices, and financial institutions in a wide range of real estate disputes across Florida.
Mr. Hynds is the author of Recent Trends Impacting Florida Foreclosure Cases, New York: Published by Aspatore Books, 2013, an insider’s perspective on foreclosure litigation in Florida. He has also been quoted in various news articles and reports, such as the Naples Daily News article “Lee’s ‘rocket docket’ for expedited foreclosure cases now shelved.”
Mr. Hynds received his B.A. degree in economics from University of Michigan in 2004. He received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business degrees from Stetson College of Law in 2007 and is admitted to the Florida Bar and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
